Congratulations! We will persue both the 129f AND the 1-130 .... although this will most likely involve travelling BACK to Thailand to meet the second interview. I expect this will still eb less expensive and possibly even faster than going through the AOS in the US. It will also give her a chance to see her folks after being in the US for a bit.

7-21 Missed flight

7-25 Docs recieved by embassy, visa all ready to go

7-27 Visa revieved

They are safe. Primarily the time you save is all the mailing back a forth from NVC to the beneficiary's home country, so the time savings varies with the associated mail times. Just calculate the appropriate two-way mailing time and multiply by the number of mailing events.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
