Please to those  that went for interview at the US embassy Ghana is anyone having problems registering for visa pickup at us travel docs? Have tried to register but I get some error messages .

Pls what kind of error is that  ?

 

I registered my own too but could not understand which error are you referring to in that particular section !

It says your request cannot be processed at this time ,the site administrator has been alerted 

user could not be created ,please ensure first name and last name are entered as they are in your passport . Tried several times and it always say this .

Yes it sometimes says that when you didn't state exactly how your name been stated in your passport , it had happened to me before.

Make sure you fill the form with the exalt information in your passport.

I did fill the name exactly as in my passport with my Christian name as the first name and surname as last name

Just keep on trying , even when I was filling out my date of birth and the rest date's it keep on rejecting the formula I'm writing those dates until I stated it in American formula.

please help me out. I have the same problem. can I recreate an account? I got so confused I went to the new appointment/schedule an appointment and I cant change it. please help me out.

Naa u can't recreate an account.

But did that one go through ?

I didn't continue with the application so it didn't go through. but it has on the left side next available appointment. and doesn't give me any option to undo it. I was only some clicks. what should I do?

If u go to ur dashboard on your left side click update profile and start keying in ur necessary data.

I did that already. and after since I didnt see anything I went to the schedule appointment. and it has added new info like the priority date and confirmation number. I haven't filled it yet with the fear of being scheduled again.
