My I-129F approved

hello everyone, i called the USCIS cust Serv, just to see whats happening on my case..shocking, but very very very good news, the great lady on the other line told that my case was approved on May 16th!!! :dance::dance::dance:

asked her why i didnt get a email update like others, she said she has no idea, or may be a sys prob?

but again i re-confirmed with her, she read "as of May 16, your MSCxxxxxxxxxxx was approved"

did anyone face this situation ???

06/08/07 - NVC confirmed new address

06/18/07 - DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) & AOS (I-864) Fee Bill generated

06/23/07 - Recv'd DS-3032 & AOS Bill via snail mail

07/09/07 - Emailed DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) to NVC

07/19/07 - Mailed AOS Fee Bill ($70) to St. Louis, MO

07/19/07 - Recv'd email from NVC - Choice of Agent was accepted

07/23/07 - IV (DS-230) Fee Bill was generated

08/11/07 - Recv'd IV Fee Bill via snail mail

08/15/07 - Recv'd AOS Packet in the mail

nyseness, how did i miss seeing ur signature...Congrats!! It also happened to me. I just cld and they told me the same thing

if i saw ur signature would have called them long back....

but anyways thank u ppl at CSC and the 2 Cust Serv ppl(i called again to re-confirm :innocent: )

Nope, I got an email. Funny thing is that I have already had the CSC and the NVC approve my application and it's been sent to BKK Embassy. I just never got the approval letters via snail mail so I hope I don't need them. Congratulations. It's a tough road to hoe but it's well worth it. Ken

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

2007-02-22 -- I129F filed with Chicago USCIS office.

2007-03-02 -- NOA1 for 129F from MSC.

2007-03-27 -- Touched -- I129F transfered to CSC.

2007-03-28 -- I129F Touched !!

2007-05-17 -- I 130 and I 129F touched!!!! God please get me a approval without a RFE. You can do it please!!!

2007-05-18 -- I-130 and I-129F approved!!!! Dear God, thank you very much. You are the greatest!!

2007-05-22 -- I-130 and I-129F approval notice recieved in mail

2007-05-29 -- Case received at NVC and case number assigned.

2007-05-31 -- Case left NVC to chennai consulate

2007-06-14 -- packet 4 mailed by the consulate

2007-06-19 -- Packet 4 recieved

2007-06-25 -- Submitted documents at VFS office, Hyderabad

2007-07-09 -- Medical

2007-07-12 -- Interview at 9am approved!!!
