k1 times are slower than ever.. they are now taking as long as ircr1.... hang in there

I just checked processing times it went back from 5.5 - 7.5 months to 5-7 months. Which I think is good news for new applicants.

No, fiancé visa. They wanted our wedding plans like venue, invitations and all for proof that we would marry in 90 days.

simple wedding plan i think is enough no need to have venue or invitation its very understandable to them if you guys dont have a very fancy wedding yet..important in married plan is the intent to marry letter ,divorce decree if ever married and how you gonna convince the consulate that you are really gonna get married..when filling our i129f i think my fiance only sent 2 or 3 picture of us including my cross eye photo 😂.im from Philippines

Did u contact them?

Yeah! A lot of times.. last time they hang up on us😡, and they keep saying that our case is being  adjudicated. Our inquiry was made but they said  that we have to wait 45 days, so it means  nov 19 for an answer... who knows if it is true or we will have to wait a year!

Be hopeful, at least it's -in the process of being adjudicated- the only info we can get on ours is its waiting to be picked up by an officer.

We are at 269 days, no approval no rfe just waiting.

I'm so sorry it's taking so long for you! There are a few of us still waiting so you're not alone (252 days here).
