250 days, no NOA2.
No rfe, no information, nothing.

We called multiple times, never get an answer.

Made an online inquiry, told us it's waiting to be reviewed (that was a month ago).

Wrote to the senator, they called, uscis told them it's waiting to be reviewed.

They haven't even touched our case.

Sick and tired of this process.

236 days, they received our rfe last week thursday, now we started this waiting again. It is frustrating to see all the approvals from people who filed waaaaay later and really makes me question how they work, I understand that they can't really work it off day by day, but this huge date gap??? Unfortunately there is nothing we can do....

That scares the ####### out of me. 😢 I'm sorry that's your situation. 😔 I'm almost In the same. 226 days Called, submitted the inquiry. Just haven't called or written to the senator. 😔 Life sucks, but we'll hold on right?  Personally, I'm starting to create a plan b. Go home in March if I haven't heard from them. Spend a year with my fiance. Get married and then come back to Cali and try the cr1 visa. 😔 I hope it doesn't  come to that.

Hi guys I’m so happy about this group to share our grievances 😕 I’ve lost count of the day but our NOA1 was March 28 and we got an RFE in October and we got the RFE reply notification on October 25th. It’s been two weeks and nothing. Like everyone else on here I am not sure of getting approved this year. The waiting is awful :(

I was hoping to be there before X-Mas, I gave up on this long time ago, it is so heartbreaking and not really making sense, to wait for a RFE 7 months. What was your RFE about?
