You were right ... the letter was in mailbox ... We were approved 2/13 ... omg! More happy we can not be ....😍

Have you tried to go them personally my fiance just make a personal appointment to talk to them and ask about it dont know what will happen but hopefully we get something from it

No, our lawyer told us the local office can’t tell you more than what they tell you over the phone. We are waiting for the Congressman to help...

Nope. Tried another congressman and got literally the same copy and paste reply the other congressmen got from USCIS. Sent a request to my house representative for shits and giggles to see if he can get the idiots to their job.

 

Still waiting for news that summons were served on the lawsuit.
