Nvm I misread the update. The court issued the summons and the order for them to be served. They aren't served yet. The lawsuit is free.

Oh ok. Thats good to know that the lawsuit is free. Once they are served...it should not be too much longer...well wishes for you..and how did you file the lawsuit free? Id like to have that information just incase.

I wrote it myself. You can apply to have the court fees waived and summons served for free if your debt/equity ratio is low enough.

If it goes favorably I'll publish how to do it so everyone screwed by the USCIS has their case adjudicated within a reasonable time....

I wish. Once summonses are served on, they have 60 days to respond. They typically wait until the end, then request 60 additional days to adjudicate the case. Or they will try to dismiss the lawsuit. So it's going to take a minimum of 75ish day =(

They can try to dismiss it? Hell no...i say you have been reasonable in your waiting..maybe if it was less than 300 days...ok...but now...i am declaring you will have an answer in your favor soon. 💙 ((hugs))

Oh damn you got me beat. Security check too?

Yep! However, we were told that the security checks were completed in September and are STILL waiting.

It’s the same answer, basically, to every inquiry since then: “We apologize for the delay, thank you for your patience.....we’re committed to the adjudication in your case in the most efficient manner with available resources...” #blahblah
