I have no criminal history so I'm super pissed it's delayed for a bullshit security check.

I worked before here in the government in the Philippines my fiance work before in us airforce long time ago he doesnt have any records also so we are surprised too why its taking so long

How long  have you been waiting I could not tell since your time line is not filled out.  Yes the waiting is a killer. Ahh I see now from your previous post almost 11 months.

Yes, we did all possible, called uscis several times, Senator, sent a response to our inquiry about why case is taking longer than our processing time,  no answer😢😢😢just wait for the result:( they sent our case on 15th of December to Vermont and said it can take two weeks to have a result))))

11 months on feb 6 my fiance already made an appointment to the uscis on wed so he can talk to them personal and see if theres an update to our application they said they transfer our petition because of the overload petition on california then we never heard anything from that
