Timeline

My fiancée is in the US now and we are planning to get married December 7th. Should I wait till then to start any other paper work towards residency (AOS) or is there something I can go ahead and do in the mean time while the day comes.. (Work permit, SS, AP, ect...)

Ssn is about the only thing you can do.   Work permit and ap goes with aos

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You can apply for an SSN so long as you have at least 14 days of legal status left.

You can download the forms + instructions, read them until you understand them, and start to fill them out.

Don't apply for an EAD or AP until you file AOS (they can be filed concurrently in the same package).

No, that's 90 days from arrival in the US.

90 days from entry on the K-1 visa.

The visa was cancelled at POE since it's single-use.

So the stamp that she has would be equivalent to the i-94 because she didn't get another physical paper receipt.

You will need certified copies of your marriage certificate for everything but the SSN......
