Does anyone know how long it actually takes to get the EAD/AP combo card in the mail after it is approved? I received approval notification in the mail last month (date of notice was Oct 5th) but nothing else since then, and USCIS online still shows the status of "application received". My husband and I got so excited when we got the letter that we booked flights to visit my family for the holidays but now we might have to change plans in case I don't get my card! 😩

Took mine a week to get into the mail. That was 2016. You might want to call them.

Oh boy, I am going to disregard you breaking the golden rule of immigration, "Never make plans/purchases until official documents are in hand."

Start calling and be adamant about speaking to someone at a senior level to at least get the status of your card. There have been cases where there  have been attempts made to deliver the card but the card was sent back to USCIS. Be diligent in finding out what the status of the card is.

Thanks, I did call once and they said 30-60 days but I will call again and ask to speak with someone in a higher position to get a more straightforward answer 👍🏽

Well, thankfully we can change flights with no penalty charges since the hubs has status with Delta. The only problem is that we booked a great rate and now the flights have gone up in price for later dates! Oh well lol 🤷🏽‍♀️
