Just got a notice from USCIS that my Oath has been scheduled but I can't see when yet!   OMG SO EXCITING!

That's actually an upload from USCIS, that's your digital application apparently (scanned ), I've filed online and all the documents I  uploaded are listed in that section,  Is there is something for you from USCIS it will be listed under "USCIS Notices"

 just got an email saying that my interview had been scheduled. Updated on uscis website, but not on myaccount.uscis.dhs website yet! 

 

Tampa people, how long after you received this was your interview? If you’ve gotten one yet! 

 

Ive just booked a trip out of the country for a quick 5 days at the end of the month!! 😧

Nevermind! 

Interview in Tampa March 18th. A little further away than I had hoped, but alas, I have a date!!!!!!

 

Not long now. Its one worry after another, when will I have my biometrics, when will I see they are working on it, when will I see they scheduled my interview, when will my interview date be.......and now I hope I pass the interview!!! 
 

Oh well, not too long until its (HOPEFULLY) all over!! I will obviously update everyone on how it goes when I find out. Fingers crossed for everyone else out there!!

Today I got my first " we are still reviewing your case" email, which I haven't gotten during the N400 process, I got a few of those during the I751, just curious as to what prompted them to start sending that out again.

 

also, I had sent them an email via the myuscis website asking about just some information regarding which Field office my case is at and why the MYUSCIS account has to timeframes ( case completion date 7 months, and estimated wait time 6 months)

 

Not Surprisingly, they didn't answer my questions, but in their reply, they stated " your information has been entered into the system that schedules appointments in your field office and you will be notified when a time slot becomes available"

as my case status still says " we received your biometrics" and hasn't updated, I wonder if it will change to " in line for interview" at all or it will just stay that way until I get the interview date/letter.

 

but being Santa Ana, I don't expect this to be a short wait unfortunately.

First regarding the EMAIL " we are still reviewing your case" Is automatic Email , and you can enable or disable this feature by accessing to your MYUSCIS account online and go to sittings , most the applicants has the same one month defiance between case complete and wait estimate , so in your case the waiting time until the interview is 6 months and your case will be complete one month later at the auth ceremony , that's the reason for the one month difference from my opinion , even me I have the same one month difference 

 

Me too I am in Santa Ana  unfortunately one of the longest waiting time over the USCIS, and I heard that they don't do "inline for interview anymore"

I am also in Santa Ana... it is very unfortunate to see OC office processing so slow. Well on a brighter side...processing time for SA did go down from 13 to 15 month to 10.5 to 15 month I think.

Yes It went down in all USCIS Offices , but still Santa Ana office is one of the slowest offices, we have to wait anyway 😎 

 

Please Santa ana applicants, keep your time line filled so we know how is our office running

Hi everyone! did you all uploaded family photos with your online application? is it necessary? We send a lot of'em with both Green card applications, but I feel like it is an overkill now. am I wrong?

Also, did everyone upload a Cover letter? 

What about IRS transcripts: ours have our names and address omitted: should I worry? THANKS A LOT IN ADVANCE to everyone who replies!

Hi 

Photo family and Cover litter is not required for the application, however I don't think it will be an issue if you upload any extra documents since the required documents is there.

The IRS transcripts I got from the IRS has all my family names but all the names were not compete and the names were missing some alphabets for your privacy.

Hey guys,  my oath ceremony has been set to June 21st.  A little longer time than I expected but I'll take it, considering how fast the rest of my application went.
