I am in the process of applying for adjustment of status, I have everything together but the details ask for a geographic info form and affadavit of support. I already sent these in when I applied for the original fiance Visa. The geographic from I can understand needing to send again as My adress has now changed, but do I need to do a new affadavit of support or will they simply use the one I sent with the original K1 Apllication?? And also, is it the same with any other documents they require again?

You can copy your old G-325 info into a new form. Your current address has changed now.

You need to use the I-864.

The I-134 is only for the consulate at the interview and covers the period while your Spouse is considered to be a NONimmigrant, the I-864 affidavit of support is needed to cover the period after they become a Lawful Permanent Resident and green-card holder.

If there is only one immigrant involved, and your income is above povertyline, and you are single sponsor. You can use form I-864EZ

We also prepared a new G-325A due to name changes, new address, and employment status. Only the immigrant needs to do a G-325A.

G-325A

I-864EZ

Again this is all explained in the guides.
