Good afternoon! Did you schedule an interview?

I submitted the IV and AOS fees to CEAC on 5/30. It will take 2-3 business days before I can submit the DS 260 AOS and IV packages. After that it should take anywhere from 5 to 14 days to send the documents to the embassy. I was told by a customer service representative at the NVC that since I have an expedite at the NVC stage, they won't review the documents and send it right to the embassy. I'm thinking in the next 30 days my wife will have her interview, give or take 10 days.

Oh Wow, that’s crazy!! I’m not understanding the slow process of some cases....I call and I get emails and they say the same thing “we are still processing your case, nothing further is needed at this time”...ugh

Please do your Timeline.

I contacted USCIS about my case yesterday to no avail.

It is still considered within the "normal" processing time, which I already knew.

I just don't understand why my case is still pending and many others who have a PD after mine have already been approved.

I feel like I am going out of my mind with this process.

I have another two months to wait before I can contact USCIS again. 😓

What did you file for? But the truth still remain that the wait is too much and am not sure they still operate on the normal processing time.
