Ditto here. We dropped off on 11/03 with UPS, but UPS doesn’t send packages on th weekend here so it departed Canada for USCIS Chicago on 11/05 and arrived 11/06. 

 

We we will join you in the waiting game!

Hey! Theres a facebook group chat for i130 Nebraska filers.. 

 

 

If youre interested, search the group and ask to be added to I 130 filers Immigration Visa Group..

Filed I 130, I 485, I 131 and I 765 concurrently,

 

5/11/2018 Priority date; sent to Missouri, MSCxxxxxxxxx

6/15/2018 Biometrics appointment, Houston TX

7/11/2018 RFE for Birth Certificate

7/23/2018 Sent BC in response to RFE

7/31/2018 Confirmation of receipt of the BC

8/3/2018 received courtesy letter for medical 

8/6/2018 Case is ready to be scheduled for interview

9/19/2018 EAD/AP approved

9/20/2018 EAD/AP card in production 

9/24/2018 EAD/AP card is ready to be mailed

9/25/2018 EAD/AP card is mailed, usps tracking included in online update

9/27/2018 EAD/AP card picked up at post office

 

I-130 for 2 husband's daughters (my step daughters) 10 and 17

5/11/2018 Priority Date; sent to Nebraska Service Center, LINxxxxxxxxx

How did you go about calling USCIS for the NOA1? We filed on the 28th of November and we didn’t receive anything yet. We signed up for electronic communications as well.

 

Did you need to give them any specific information when you called?

Honestly I was lucky that day because  I called before and a representative just told me to wait 😑.

 

The day I called I got this nice lady I told her I sent off my packet since November 26 and I’m just concerned because I haven’t  receive any Receipt letter and I just want to make sure everything is ok...she ask for my name,date of birth etc and she then told me to get a pen and paper and she gave me the Receipt Number and the day they sent out my letter so all she said was if December 30th comes and I  still don’t receive it give them a call back. 

 

Thank God it Finally Arrived  in the mail today 🙏🏽. I would say call and ask questions even if they said to wait you never know someone will eventually help you 😊

Yes I’m the Petitioner our case is at the Nebraska Service Center and so far the processing time for them is between 7 to 9.5 months
