for morocco you are cc at NVC in 4th quarter so expect to interview 1st quarter of 2019 (probably January)

this is a guess only 

i come by it by the fact that August cc cases are still waiting for intevriew and have just started getting notifications /one August 14th cc and still waiting as of yesterday

If you look at the timeline section for your country you can review by NOA2 date. There was a post on here about a week or so ago from a woman who had a Sept 9th Case Complete and her husband was scheduled for Nov 29th interview.  

 

So if you are beginning of October, I would anticipate you should hear something in another 3-4 weeks. I don't know how the Christmas/New Year holiday will impact scheduling. 

 

Filling out your timeline is useful to others going through Morocco consulate so please consider doing that as well.
