From what I  read 4310 php for 1 to 29 days.  Not sure who you pay.

Say I stay a few days over my allotted 30 days entry.

Can I just pay a fine or exit fee at the airport?

Or is it a pain in the rear and you have to go to BI or some other type of building in Manila?

If you overstay a small amount of time then it's only a simple fine and you will be fine. I overstayed by 2 days a couple years back and it was a 3000php fine at the time. The fine is paid at the airport at immigration going out.

I understand the paying at the airport is hit or miss. Sometimes they offer that and then maybe 6 months later that is no longer an option.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

That was the same cost for paying for the 59 day extension.  ;) At least that is what I paid a few years back.

I always figured if a person has time to speed at the cowboy bar he could just as easily go down the street to BI and get the visa extension in his passport

Next time I come here I am going to bring my wife, get the BB privilege and let her go home after a month and I will stay for a few more weeks.

Hey now I was up in the mountains of Mindanao, I didn't have time to go to Davao to get an extension.

So you went to the Philippines without your wife???? Damn, my asawa would never let me go alone because she thinks I am some sext beast and worried that all the ladies will be hanging on me.

• Student Visa/Study Permit

3. Access to the Greet & Assist Program at selected Philippine airports;

4. Free subscription to the PRA Newsletter;

Dang. You could have gotten a new wife for the amount of money.  :rofl: And to boot you have a Jolibee's where you live so she doesn't have to go all the way to the PI for her fill. :D

I only spent a few days in Manila.

I went to Coron and El Nido for 7 days, and spent 15 days in Davao City area, with travel time I only ended up in Manila for about 5 days and that was mostly to arrive at airport and leave from airport to USA.  I am not and never will be a fan of Manila.
