I just checked, my I-129F is approved.

Receipt Number: MSC

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On May 17, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

2007-02-15 -- NOA1 for I130 from California Service Center.

2007-02-22 -- I129F filed with Chicago USCIS office.

2007-03-02 -- NOA1 for 129F from MSC.

2007-03-27 -- Touched -- I129F transfered to CSC.

2007-03-28 -- I129F Touched !!

2007-05-17 -- I 130 and I 129F touched!!!! God please get me a approval without a RFE. You can do it please!!!

2007-05-18 -- I-130 and I-129F approved!!!! Dear God, thank you very much. You are the greatest!!

Congratulations adhi.. This is great news. I hope I catch this CSC approval bus :)....but dont have any touches yet on my 130 or 129F :(

8th March 2007, Sent I-130 USPS Mail.

12th March 2007, I-130 Recieved by NSC, Signed for by F HEINAUER.

20th March 2007, $190.00 Check Cashed by USCIS, Back of check indicates file is with California Service Center.

23rd March 2007, Recieved I-797 NOA1 for I-130 (Had a spelling mistake in Benificiary Last Name).

26th March 2007, Called USCIS about mispelling on I-797; they made a note, gave me a "T" Number, said submit I-129F with current I-797.

19th April 2007, "touched".

20th April 2007, "touched".

13th June 2007, "touched". (Due to Phone Call Enquiry)

14th June 2007, "touched".

12th July 2007, "touched", (Due to Phone Call Enquiry)

15th August, 2007, Approved.
