Passport for pick up

Its been 3 weeks I have still not receive message to pick up passport even though the ceac website says issued.What do I do..who should I contact.I need help members

If you can, go to the DHL office and see if the passport is there. I know things have changed a bit since we went through the process, but my husband never got a notification about the visa being ready. He just showed up at the DHL office 2 weeks after his interview and it was there waiting for him. 

 

If it’s not there, contact the embassy and see what they say.

. Is it normal for visa not issued after 13 days of approval . It only state administrative processing and normally it takes two to three days for visa to be issued . How many days it it take you before your visa was issued at the Ghana embassy after approval by the consulate . There is no request for additional documents
