passport biographic data page

I have a question passport biographic data page, that needs to be send to NVC, does it have to be translated into English. And do I send my copy and my wife’s copy, what about 5yr old daughter, she has no passport?

I don't understand why you would be sending passport data pages to NVC but no translation is needed. Passports from all countries have all needed data already in English. Your 5 year old daughter will need a passport. The visa goes in the passport, so get her one ASAP.

For a DS-230, when I send to NVC, they ask for a photocopy of the biografic data page. Photocopy of valid passport biograpfic data page.

Ok, but you posted this in the K3 forum. The DS-230 is sent to NVC for CR1 or IR1 visas, not K3. Assuming you'll be filing an I-129F as soon as you get your NOA1 for the I-130, you'll never deal with this issue at NVC, because the I-130 will never leave the service center. For K3, generally the DS-230 is seen by the Consular Officer at interview, where the actual passport(s) are present.

In any event, you'll need a passport for each person intending to come to the USA.

Yes, I am sorry for this posting in K3 section, right now I am just trying to understand everything.
