Hello, I am a United States Citizen, living in ukraine.

My Fiance and I just had a baby.  I fullfil all the CRBA requirements.

 

Does the baby have to be present at the ambassy for CRBA application appointment?

yes, i know,

birth certificate giving by hospital is not sufficient and doesn't apply to crba, 

i also need to go to the local goverment office to ligitimize and acknowledge him as my baby ( this is the most important document ) . Thank you sir for your answer. 

I am not going to take him out in this weather, he is 3 days old and still in the hospital. i might do it after the winter.

Better hurry, you only have 17 years and 361 days left to do the CRBA  😂

It's amazing how many questions can be resolved with a 2 minute Google search...
