You should be able to add in a comment to say that yours was an expedite - and you shouldn't throw the timeline off too much because there have been a few Novembers approved without expedites. 😃

To be honest the expedite didn't do it was because of the senator I used. They literally called me and told me I got approved before I even received an email.

Did you guys know that after granted the Green Card there will be a second interview for the removal of conditions. I thought that was just a procedural application not a whole new ordeal. Holy molly we are here for the long run.

There can be a second interview; but sometimes it is waived! Depends on how much evidence you send in and luck of the draw I think.

ROC Timeline:

Date format is MM/DD/YY

05/16/19 - Green Card Issue Date

03/10/21 - Sent ROC paperwork to Phoenix, AZ | USPS 2-Day Shipping

04/07/21 - NOA1 Text Messages Received

I was just reading a post from this poor guy who filed for his removal I-751 on May 2016. Can you even imagine.

Ew, I think I'd die. X.x

On the other hand, he could apply for citizenship I think? Unless he's divorced...in which case he's only got half a year to go before he qualifies under the five year rule (Because 2016 is three years ago, apparently..)

Idk. Either way it really does suck :(

Just seen the first non-expedited December EAD approval - happy for them, and now I can truly know how October filers felt when November were getting approved. 😂😭

It just goes to show that they obviously have no system in place with regards to processing paper work. I have this picture in my head of someone working there and coming in for work and just pulling an EAD application from the middle of a pile instead of the one in front.

The only reason I haven't is because of the expedite request. Is that going to throw the timeline off? Or is there a way to specify that there was an expedite?

There isn't but there is a notes box to input you were an expedite so viewers of your timeline will know. I've made a request to VJ to update the timeline criteria to have a box for expedited cases to differentiate.

I've been scanning the app over the last few days and I've noticed more movement for AOS in the 500 cases before us than I have for the EAD/AP for the same data set. Its pretty much dead for the 500 cases after us on AOS, EAD, and AP.

I'm starting to look to see if I can extract the app data into a .csv for analysis. There's gotta be a way that I'm not seeing. I would happily look at a sample size of 5000-10000 cases. Its been a good two years since I did anything with data science and data mining, but I'm sure I could re-learn it pretty quick.

I know. I don’t know how uscis works. I just go with the flow 🤷🏽‍♀️

If you go here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ and select the form number from the list (I-765 for EAD), select National Benefits Centre from the second dropdown, and we are the group that fits in with "Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)]".

Inquiry date is to the right, estimated is to the left! 😄

@Jlomartin and you can use the same link to check how long you will have to wait for your GC interview by inputting I485 and your local field office to check the timeline for your GC/LFO which is a seperate process and timeline.

No movement around my date. I’m just baffled at how the dates are all over the place. I mean they should honour their first come first served basis and actually work on their backlog or even divert some out to Potomac like a 2nd time EAD’er yesterday!

As it stands there are many September and October filers still waiting. I don’t even want to suggest August although logically of course anyone before Sept 22nd can put a case enquiry in.

I think something has got to give with their processing and hopefully it works out quicker for everyone! ❤️

Wouldn’t it be great on the app if you could chose LFO in your scans for AOS. I’d welcome that.

Vegas timelines are near non-existent for AOS. There are some but not many. Last updated one in Nov 2018 I think lol. Few chose not to update at all 🤣

I left and app review saying I wish I could export data and one of the developers told me how to do it 😂 Its gonna be a data party tonight!

Edit: Oh wait, its for my cases only. Sad day.
