The percentage of November filers approved here is about where it has been in previous months when the next month's first non-expedites started showing up.

Oh thanks!! Still waiting for USCIS to get fully behind November! October still needs bit of work too 🤣

Chin up, folx! You're two of the most active users on here, generously spending a ton of time helping people to understand how confusing and unpredictable this whole process is, and you're still surprised and confused that approvals are unpredictable? 😉 Let's all stay positive -we're in this together! 💪

I’ll be here supporting everyone as much as I can regardless of my approval. I hope and want all Nov (and of course people before us) all approved ASAP. I’m Day 124 despite being a late Nov filer! :)

Hi everyone! Good morning!  We have a question. When is it okay to follow up with USCIS? This is how my case tracker looks like. My timeline says I should be hearing something between today to april 8.

I'm afraid you're in for a bit of a wait; inquiries are currently only accepted from cases with a PD of before the 24th of September for the EAD/AP.

It’s weird that some people get the “fingerprint review was completed”update and some goes from finger print received to your case is ready to be scheduled for interview.

Good to know! Thank you! Where do you find this information out? Do you have the link?

I know. I don’t know how uscis works. I just go with the flow 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am at 142 days it felt pretty satisfying to get to 140 but now I am looking at 150 and 5 solid months.

If you go here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ and select the form number from the list (I-765 for EAD), select National Benefits Centre from the second dropdown, and we are the group that fits in with "Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)]".

Inquiry date is to the right, estimated is to the left! 😄

Hopefully you hear something back in the next couple of days!

It seems to have been really quiet in terms of news for this week - that might just be November, but I haven't seen many EAD/AP approvals on my (very brief) glances through other month threads.

Oh, oops! I read your wait as that you weren't yet approved! Sorry 😂

Edit: Please could you update your timeline if you have time? 😉 Thank you! ❤️

The only reason I haven't is because of the expedite request. Is that going to throw the timeline off? Or is there a way to specify that there was an expedite?

You should be able to add in a comment to say that yours was an expedite - and you shouldn't throw the timeline off too much because there have been a few Novembers approved without expedites. 😃
