Hey , thank you for the link , I really hope my EAD/AP is ready soon as I need it in May to travel for our church ceremony wedding .

Congratulations! I am hoping April will be my month! Have you managed to have any success with jobs yet? (Assuming you're going that route instead of waiting on GC). I was gonna try and get a part-time retail job as soon as I got EAD/AP and then leave it in late June since we're going back to the UK for 2 weeks and then re-start my career when we got back

I definitely do want to work, but I also have plans to go home just for two weeks. I figured I’ll just wait for the GC since my case has been ready to be scheduled for interview since Jan 9. And someone I know who has the exact timeline as mine and also lives here in North Cal already got her interview schedule for April 10. So, even if mine comes next month it’s okay, I’m hoping that before my husband and I celebrate our first wedding anniversary on May 25 that i’ll have my green card by then. Hopefully.

Goodness that is quite a few avenues you've explored. The only thing I would/could say is hopefully you'll get approved naturally quicker than what it would be for them to respond to your expedite. I wouldn't doubt they are inundated with expedites especially with these longer processing times maybe so might take a little longer to get a reply but fingers crossed for you  

My I-765 changed today to New Card is Being Produced!

So since I’m impatient with regards to my ssn, I called SSA today, after waiting for a good 30 minutes, the woman that answered my call wants my ssn for her to check my case, I told her my situation and she said the only way for her to check is if I have an ssn. 😒 oh and she asked me where I got the information that my ssn is gonna be mailed to me. 🙄 Makes me want to say to her, woman if I have my ssn I wouldn’t be talking to you and asking you to check about my pending application.

Okay, update on my quest to finding out about my ssn. Like I said on my first post, calling the SSA number that’s on their website was a bust, simply because the person I talked to can’t help me unless I give her a ssn.  So, after awhile I decided to call the nearest SSA, and the woman that I talked too was nice and directed me to call another number, so I called. A guy answered my call and redirected me to a new number for social security card center.  So the woman who answered my call was able to help me looked it up, she just asked the name I have on my EAD card and the number behind the card and she told me that I was issued a number yesterday and that I should get it by end of next week. I know that I can be impatient but I just want to a be sure that there is an ssn card that’s coming instead of me waiting for weeks and weeks not knowing if there has been an ssn application put thru.
