I am right there with you at this point our local office seems to be very fast and i am looking forward for the interview to be scheduled within April. EAD is a waste of time they might never approve it.

Oh that's great! Have you heard anything back about your expedite yet? I'm of the mindset that if anyone falls out of 'normal processing times' that a case inquiry can be the only next best thing. I'm not one of the luckier ones to have a fast field office.

Worst case, my plan is I'll do a case inquiry at the end of May (when I'm due then) and if I don't hear anything, I'll expedite in late June! I'd want to do whatever I can to get it as I really just want to go home over the summer and won't be able to afford it last minute.

The other thing is I want to avoid the whole case inquiry thing wherever possible as our lawyer's personnel is not the most friendliest to deal with and don't want to cause any complications with them

I have tried everything under the sun.

Senators

Congressman

Ombudsman

Call every day

Submit E-Request

Expedition

But you know what's amazing they haven't denied anything here. All those things are in process. No responds no updates no nothing. The only thing I can say is the last few weeks I am in peace. I can say I tried everything and it didn't work.

Goodness that is quite a few avenues you've explored. The only thing I would/could say is hopefully you'll get approved naturally quicker than what it would be for them to respond to your expedite. I wouldn't doubt they are inundated with expedites especially with these longer processing times maybe so might take a little longer to get a reply but fingers crossed for you :)

Well I would love it if that was the case. However there is a group here where everyone, and I mean everyone who submitted an expedite has been approved. I am talking about people with the smallest reasons. Some of them even say in this forum that they weren't expecting to be approved and that they just gave it a shot. Some of them receive their cards withing days. It is what it is at this point I am ready for whatever happens. Told my boss about it and and will go on vacation when  I lose my job and enjoy the my time off. My only fear is my wife and what will happen will our coverage.

A VJ expedite group? I didn't apply as I don't qualify for an expedite and Jake adamantly steered me away from it once I even mentioned it...

When did you submit your expedite? What's your VJ prediction - (although not always 100% accurate)?

I really hope either way you'll receive it soon! :)

I didn't expedite either; I have a job lined up willing to wait and I didn't think it was needed, but honestly mentally this waiting takes it's toll. 😂 I've even begun to name my random onion plants...

ROC Timeline:

Date format is MM/DD/YY

05/16/19 - Green Card Issue Date

03/10/21 - Sent ROC paperwork to Phoenix, AZ | USPS 2-Day Shipping

Well! Apparently Saturday, next Tuesday and some days later in April are supposed to be my lucky days. Fingers crossed. 😂

Hello everyone!

I applied November 8 th 2018 for EAD renewal . No news until today when I got a letter saying they transferred my i 765 EAD and AP to Potomac Service Center ''to speed up processing''. Did any of you received this update about the transfer or did anyone had this situation ? after a transfer how long should I wait ?

I hope it doesn't start all from the beginning..I am so sad...when I saw the letter I thought is the approval for GC or EAD

I applied for GC November 2017, got the first EAD January 2018 .

Oh boy, one of my tarot predictions (online of course):

Card 2:  What you want most right now »

Temperance

The appearance of Temperance suggests you are craving some peace and harmony, a sense of control and wish to feel that life is flowing again. Perhaps you have been, or are currently going through some tough times regarding a relationship, financial worries or some other kind of loss.

Take heart that peace will be restored - this is a time for you to be calm and patient and life will soon have a sense of normality again.

Hey! I haven't received a letter but i'm not an EAD renewal either; first timer. It does work more so in your favor though at Potomac Service Centre as they seem to deliver in a more reasonable time. Their case inquiries are more towards the end of October currently as it only takes them 3-5 months processing.

It shouldn't delay your processing and it does not put you back to the start either. Check their link out: https://www.uscis.gov/workload-transfers
