My K1 approval I'm pretty sure came on a Saturday on the new site. It was approved July 3rd but took 2-3 days to come up in new site for whatever reason back then.

I think the new site updates overnight, so it could be Friday approvals that show on Saturdays (I could be wrong). I don't think they work weekends.

That's probably accurate! 😂

Nothing around my MSC number today!! Can't honestly complain as I'm not even at the 4.5 month mark yet as im only at Day 122. I'm really rooting to hear something by end of April fingers crossed!!

Who knows how they work but it's definitely not in their proclaimed 'first come, first served' basis LOL :P

I feel your pain. I am convinced April is our month though!

Hi 👋

Got an update just now ✌️

144 days

NOA1 - November 2

i-485 - case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

😊

now guys, please, tell me, in such a case will they still issue EAD and AP? Or will I have to wait for the interview and the green card?

Hope there will be a bunch of case status updates for November filers tonight 🙏🙏🙏

Oh, I have no idea. The system is broken! There MUST be a better way to process something so essential like an EAD/AP! My suggestion is that local field offices process them for applicants in their districts. No doubt I'll end up in some adjudicator's pile who can fully types 5 words per hour LOL. There must be some dust gathering on them boxes after 4 months ;)

Lol I know right. I feel like I got the slowest officer ever to approve me

Saturday?! Omg, that's another day for me to obsessively check...

Yes he got approved on a Saturday. Also someone in my Facebook group that I follow got approved last Saturday too. I am happy for him because neither of them are working. I just want to go help my husband now. So you can check on Saturdays because they do work.

I see where someone got their ead and ap and one week after they had their interview. So in that case the ead and ap wasn’t even needed so it all depends I guess.

Well, I hope that means the EAD is really on it’s way too. I know the case “ready to be scheduled for an interview” may stay in that status for months. Our USCIS office is in Baltimore and it has very long processing terms. So I do hope to get EAD and SSN first 🤞🤞

Ready to be scheduled doesnt mean you are scheduled. It means you are now in line at your local field office. Depending on how fast your LFO is, it could take anywhere from a few months to a few years.

If your GC comes first, your EAD and AP will discontinue processing.

Also, EAD and AP processing is separate from the GC so your I485 status has no relevance on the I765 or I131.

EAD and AP are processing at 4.5 to 6.5 months. They are just finishing September, starting October and a few Novembers have been approved.

Yes you will get it before then because you are in line for the interview to be scheduled. Good luck!

Yeah, I know it mostly means it’s in the line for the next stage which is in Baltimore MD. And that office is among those where the processing times are the longest 🥺

So you will likely get your EAD and AP first in your case.

I’ve been following October Filers (as we actually filed in October) and It looks like they have been working on October pretty hard.
