This may have been answered already (sorry!) - how do we know if we need another medical done? Is that something they tell us is required within the AOS/I-485 interview notice, or at the interview? I know in theory if you already had a medical done and the vaccination record showed you were compliant with all necessary vaccines, and it was completed within a year of your AOS interview date. (That is incorrect).

If you submit your AOS application within one year of your medical date it is valid. When you actually get the interview is irrelevant.

(which may be the case for some lucky K1's), then we dont have to get another one? But at what point would they tell you if you have to do it again? Has there been a trend for this requirement? I came as a K1 and my medical done in MTL in October 2018. I don't have my whole file from that medical exam, the POE CBP does/I guess that makes it part of my existing USCIS file? I only have a copy of my vaccination record from that appointment and the CD of my xrays. Any who just curious what trends others have seen these days ...

My husband's biometrics were done on December 13th and we are still seeing "Fingerprint Fee Received" as well. Fingers crossed it switches over soon since the Kansas City office has a pretty quick wait time for interviews.

We are in KC too---We had biometrics done about a week before you and seeing the same status. What have you heard regarding timelines in KC?

Anyone from las vegas filer here? Im just curious my status still at "fingerprint fee recieved" since i did my bio last 12/21.. what is the timeframe to get EAD and to get my interview here in LAS VEGAS NEVADA?

EAD/AP is independent of your filing location. All are processed at the NBC in MO. Currently they are processing i765's for pending AOS applicants under category C9 in 4 to 6 months.

AOS  is dependent on the processing times of your local field office. You can get an estimate here:

Because the USCIS case status websites suck. Only reason.

This is the data that VisaJourney has for Kansas City AOS

And then this is some of the recent information from people who actually update their timelines who are adjusting from the K1 in the Kansas City office realm.

The going trend is about 3 to 3.5 months to get to the interview and they are making their decision to approve/deny at the interview as well. Granted, that could change at the drop of a hat. Officially through USCIS, the processing time from 7.5 months to 17.5 months for Kansas City, but I'm willing to wager that its to cover their butts on the off chance someone's case does end up taking that long. I'm more inclined to believe VisaJourney's information, not because it looks nicer, but because there is backing evidence in the form of timelines.
