211 days of radio silence here as well (except for biometrics). We're just as unhappy. The only silver lining I guess is that we should get a 10 year GC if this ever gets moving.

Thank you all. It really does suck doesn't it? I took a 2 month break from VisaJourney to try and forget how depressing this lengthy wait is. I hope we all hear something soon. It's so depressing to see so many others getting GCs, EAD/AP and feeling left behind and forgotten, as happy for them as I am.

I'm planning on harassing USCIS over the phone today about the 65 day RFIE wait, because it's beyond their '60 day' rule. If I get no resolutions or answers, I guess I'll schedule an InfoPass.

I hope this month is all our month 😊

Well some of these numbers don't make me feel great. We're at 235 days total, but only 31 since the RFIE response. Not feeling hopeful of hearing anything in June. :(

11/12/2017 - Entered US on J1
10/18/2018 - Filed AOS at NBC
12/11/2018 - Biometrics
02/28/2019 - USCIS mailed RFIE on I485
05/09/2019 - USCIS received RFIE response
06/11/2019 - USCIS mailed another RFIE on I485
06/19/2019 - USCIS received 2nd RFIE response
07/24/2019 - I485 ready to schedule for interview
01/22/2020 - I485 interview (in San Jose instead of San Francisco)

I can imagine how you feel. USCIS 60days rule of rfe response isn't working. Because most people that got rfe waited for over 4months before hearing an update. I am at day 118 since they received my RFE. On May 7,i called to put in an inquiry and yet still no sign of update.

But I hope you get ead approval.

So once this combo card comes, is it valid only for a year? So will it expire in November or the date from when it was issued? Does that mean for those of us who have long delays for GC interview we have to go through this awful ordeal of applying and waiting again once it expires?

It will expire the year after it was issued. So, for instance,  if the day of issue is 6/10/19. It will expire on 6/10/2020

Congrats to everyone who got approved today, and good luck to all who have interviews coming up soon! 🎉

We're at 208 days today and we just emailed a senator (who seems to be pretty powerful at the moment 🤷‍♀️) to see if they can hound USCIS for us. I don't know if it's going to help since we're not technically outside of "normal" processing times yet, but we're starting to feel left behind. I know a lot of people in our month feel that way too. 😢 We've been pretty down about the whole thing lately, so I'm hoping our senator can kick things into gear for us! 🤞🤞

Has anybody else asked a senator to inquire about their case with USCIS? If so, did it seem to help? Just curious if there's any sort of general consensus or if that's even possible given that no case is alike.
