Hopefully, this graph is correct.  It seems to show the processing time is decreasing..........a little.

Also worth mentioning my month is way past "129 days". Some are nearly about to bang 200 days! I don't rely on VJ data-it's a small pond in a huge sea! But I appreciate your input and hope many get their EAD/AP or GC interviews soooon :)

Yes that's correct. EAD/AP is horrendous at the moment - (5-7 months) for processing. Some have to wait longer than 7 months to get something, for why I don't know. I got mine in around 139 days but really rooting for others as they've suffered long enough. I've upmost respect for those going and waiting above the worst times historically to successfully even obtain the combo! These are not the best nor ideal times in comparison times in the past!

Processing times for every part of the immigration process are so variable.  129-f filers from February of this year are now receiving NOA2, while last year it was taking until August.

Going to Mexico DOES count as leaving the country.

If you entered as a K1 visa holder, you just need the I-94 info regarding THAT entry, and the interview will focus on proving a bona fide marriage, so your travel records are useful just if they prove you traveled along with your spouse and you don't have other evidence, such as hotel bookings with both names, boarding passes and passport stamps.

Not for ESTA/VWP/B1/B2 - ;). That is why I thought it might not show up.

I am not. Thank you, I have flights/passport stamps etc

You're welcome. :D

I-94 records EVERY entry, no matter which point of entry you use -land, air or sea- , which country you're arriving from or which document you use to enter as a non immigrant. :)

Your entry might not appear on the site due to various reasons -such as a mistake or you no longer being considered a visitor-, but that is irrelevant regarding the interview to adjust status based on marriage.

182 days and still waiting, I’m right there with you guys 😩😩😩

This is really terrible and very frustrating. This is sad. I am really surprised at how some you guys are still waiting and some March filers are getting approvals. Seeing you guys makes me sad and so I can't complain about my 135 days.

Wishing you luck. 🤞🤞🤞

Yes I agree, one thing I will never understand. I am at 175 days and even when doing a scan I don't see any approvals near my case number. My husband has started applying for jobs but it will be so disheartening if he gets offered something and then turned away because they can't wait for him..200% wish we went the spousal route when deciding which path to take. This path was only to get him here quick when it actually took double the time

I'm a 2019 March filer. We are "only" 70 days away from the NOA. Our field office has one of the most longest waiting time in the process because we are in SoCal.

Every time when I see someone in the March thread say "yay I've got my EAD and my interview was scheduled" my heart breaks into small pieces.

I haven't heard anything about the EAD yet, and I don't even want to think about the interview...

But when I see there are still people from November and October who still haven't got their EAD (not even the interview) my anxiety goes deeper and deeper in me. Every day I promise myself I am not going to read VJ anymore, but it's hard to stop reading especially when you have so much free time.

Like my friend told me this morning, this process is a really hard emotional roller coaster... :(

I agree with you! We’re at 188 days but I’m almost wishing we did the spousal route as well. We did the k1 for the same reason as you - to get my husband to the states quick but looking back the spousal route probably would’ve been the better decision. My husband hasn’t even started looking for jobs bc he doesn’t want to be offered something and not be able to start right away so he’s waiting for his approval.

Luck to you & your husband! Really hoping for approvals soon for those still waiting 🤞🏻

Yep, if only I could turn back time.... after 9 years of long distance, the wait for the spousal visa would have been "nothing new", at least. I regret doing the K1. And it makes me even angrier because honestly, I'm sure our current administration would be so satisfied if potential K1 visa applicants were turned off to the whole thing.

I'm honestly infuriated at this point. 173 days, so not as long as some, but my husband has also been applying and is currently in his third round of interviews for a job he really wants. I can't imagine having to decline due to lack of EAD/AP. And there's always our scheduled upcoming trip back to see his family (supposed to be first week of July) which now seems like it might fall through. I know, we shouldn't have made plans before having the combo card, but back in November when we applied...who on earth thought this would be taking so long????

Hah. I'm trying so hard to not be bitter about later filers receiving their combo cards. Some part of me is happy for them - at least it shows movement. But it's really hard to see.

Completely agree! I have a friend that filed the spousal visa for her husband in Palestine and she received her NOA2 back in March, 6 months after she filed and he's looking at being here this summer. That's 1 year and he's automatically able to leave and work. We started this process in October 2017! This fall will be 2 years and at this point it looks like he won't even start to work until shortly before that time at his point. I feel so bad as well that he hasn't seen his family since September.. almost a YEAR of not seeing their family. I hope law officials or immigration officers browse these blogs from time to time to see how big of an issue this is.. it's just a matter of grabbing money from applicants and sitting on it.
