We just decided in the end to wait patiently for the work card because it “seemed” November appliers would be getting an answer in April. But now we are seeing it could take much longer then April....and we still have the employer desperately asking us daily if we got it yet. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤪 making me anxious, along with the fact we decided it was ok for me to resign one job thinking he would be working soon. So maybe yohr right....guess we should call again and harass them about the expedit we sent back in February. 

Most expedites hear back quite soon. I'm sure other expedites could chip in with advice on best way to follow through. On the other hand, you could wait as you say but I'd be curious as to how long the job offer will stand though especially if the employer is desperately asking as you say.

 

IMO there's no harm in inquiring to your expedite. If your dedicated to following the expedite through I'd give them a call.

Thank you, I appreciate the encouragement. We will try calling again tomorrow. See what happens 🤷🏻‍♀️. It’s true the employer patience may ware out.

In response to your question yesterday, my VJ timeline did prove accurate but it was just about at the ending of the prediction. With case approvals ranging over a span of few months now I wouldn't place too much emphasis on timelines as you got to take into account 'non-declared expedites' and those that get approved quite quickly for whatever strange reason.

 

People would add that VJ is only a small representation of the bigger picture in terms of numbers etc but if truth be told I loved having a prediction off VJ for fun and a kinda distracted focus even though I knew it was only a mere prediction.
