148 Days.. USCIS actually says the processing time for EAD/AP is processing cases from 11/18/2019. I will be starting to get on the phone for that dreaded phone call. So annoying how it says 3.5-5.5 months and we have to go to the ABSOLUTE end of the range always. As well doesn't help that the "estimated VJ Timeline" shows 3/18-4/2. 😭😭

New card is being produced for EAD.  Does that mean my AP is being produced too? Status hasn’t changed for AP.

Congrats!!! Yes, if filed together your EAD/AP will be a combo. My AP status still shows 'received' despite being approved - most experience the same.

Hi! 👋

I just checked the old website account and it accepted my login and password and sent the verification code but the suddenly said that 👇

500 error

the page you are looking for may not exist or is temporarily unavailable

What can it be?🤔 Does anyone else experience the same?

Have you refreshed your page (I know that sounds silly to say so sorry) or maybe tried using a different browser? I know in the past it's given me error before and had to reclose and restart...not sure if that'll help you

Where did you get this information from?

USCIS website says that processing time for EAD/AP is 5-7 months and that a case inquiry cannot be submitted until a NOA date of September 21st 2018?

Interview letter received! Interview on the 16th of May, at 1.45PM - actually a convenient time and date; my husband is already off work!

Yay, congrats!! How exciting :D

Thank you!

After a dozen of attempts it actually did ✌️

Weird that it would produce and send all those verification codes but would say “page may not exist”

We are having interview on May 6. But every day counts for us now even if the work permit comes a week prior the green card. So I called the uscis and spoke to Tier 2 officer 🤦‍♀️ To hear the following “you are within normal processing times. If your card doesn’t arrive before the interview for the green card YOU SHOULD ASK THE OFFICER AT THE INTERVIEW ABOUT YOUR WORK PERMIT - THEY WILL KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE ISSUED”

i couldn’t share that the day I called (Tuesday) as I got too emotional. Does the Tier 2 officer know that green card cancels previously issued benefits like EAD and AP? 🤯🤯🤯

I knew it but for the life of me, do you think I could spell that?! Lol. Thanks hunny.

I got your message and answered you back days ago. I don’t have a specific number but I explained what I did to track down my application. Let me know if you didn’t get it, I can resend it again.
