Would you say the same if for some reason you had to wait 210 days and sent a service enquiry and didn't get a response right away because an April filer was busy making service enquiries and wasting the time of the agents that could be responding to your service enquiry?

Do you see my point?

Yeah i know right? Its good enough for me to nkow that they touched my files even no approval yet

This does not mean that they touched your case. This is an automatic response to all requests for cases that are within the normal processing time.

I wait already 6 months and 11 days. And I can submit a request only after 15 days.🤨

164 days

NOA1 - November 2

still no EAD

same with us 😢 paycheck to paycheck

i used to have a decent job with a very nice paycheck and now I’m dreaming of any that I can start same day I get my EAD

My situation is a little easier as we got our interview appointed in May, but for us every day and every penny counts 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ And if EAD arrives two weeks prior to green card it will make difference

I hope this week brings good news 🙏

Thank you for the encouraging words.... I know we have not waited as long as others. The waiting gets tough. Especially when you need to work. But it’s encouraging to know others are the same, waiting patiently 😜. Ahhhhhh 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ 🤯

Just thought I’d check in.

148 days and waiting. I feel like the wait is so much worse now we’re “past due”.

Fingers crossed for us all this week 🤞🏻

We got that too for AOS, about two weeks ago. They asked for my husband's non-English translated BC when he's from the UK. Hopefully its not something idiotic like that and easy enough to fix!

Not yet. A few pages back my husband mentioned he scheduled an infopass and met with immigration officers and talked to them about a lot of stuff. They said that he was still in background checks for EAD/AP and he should have a green card by mid-May. But here we are in mid-April and based on trends, interviews come a month after the "interview scheduled" hardcopy arrives and green cards arrive about a week after that. I'm still taking their analysis of his case with a grain of salt.

They were also pretty confused about his BC, but came to the conclusion someone lost it. It could be that some newbie ended up dropping a paper while scanning your file and here we are 5 months later and the person reviewing it doesn't know it was sent in the first place.
