I think that’s incorrect because I’m Day 151 and I tried to file case inquiry and it didn’t let me so we are still in regular processing times. As K1 hopeful said - expect longer!

You are correct. Today the service enquiry date is September 13th for I765. And they have pushed that date back twice this past month because they are so backlogged.

If your received date from your Noa1 Receipt notice is after September 13th, you are still within normal processing times and placing a service enquiry would get you nowhere unfortunately.

Exactly! I only tried because I was confused by the processing times section of the website, so whether some are approved and some are not, doesn’t matter. If we hit 200 days I’d be annoyed but at this stage it is what it is lol

September 13th is 210 days from today so some are still waiting at 210. I know of a few September filers from the very beginning of September that have placed an enquiry and have still been told to wait 30 days.

That’s truly disgusting and abysmal. How unfair :( I just don’t understand the way this stuff gets processed (in such bizarre order?!)

I agree....really confusing! We have not been on here really. Just going about life, but then one day I happened to look because I know we are getting closer and was surprised to see how close. But then I have been monitoring the activity here and getting confused because many are waiting 150 days or more but why is it saying they are at November 24 processing time and why does my estimate time keep changing to less (for example it now says April 5-19) this gets your hopes up and gets you excited but then you see people posting how long they are waiting and the wait time is much higher then 136 days. Yea I see we definitely have more days to wait. Maybe just maybe by the end of the month.....😜 that would be nice!! But I can see some are waiting 200 plus days. Yikes!! Just like the k1 process some are what seems to be “left behind” while others seem to get it wayyyyy ahead. Well that’s how this game works 🤦🏽‍♀️ Not fair but nothing we can do about it. I know some who got their green card just after a couple months waiting.....while here in Maine it says we probably will be waiting 10-22 months. 😫 hmmmmmm..... only thing making this a little better is if my husband can finally start working!! Well we patiently wait here more days......we are only 136 days....we definitely have more days to wait! Why make myself anxious by trying to figure out are we next 😜 I’m just going to think we won’t hear anything until the end of the month. But I’m so happy for those who are getting it!! Congratulations!!

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the VJ timelines. It is fun as I’ve said before, offers hope but it’s only data that’s been logged. That comes from expedites too, which can “reduce” timelines. Some don’t reveal expedites too.

It seems Day 136+ is normal. Many still smashing 200+ OR soon to be

I’m only 2 days ahead of you guys and feel there is still a mountain to go. It’s been a terrible time for the NBC. It’s now 5-7 months and I nor you won’t be in normal processing until 22-24th of this month. I want to scream at why Jan filers getting approved but that’s waisted energy.

I want to say that I’d be fine if I had the luxury of a fast LFO for GC but I don’t. It is what it is. It  is one the drawbacks of choosing the K1 and there’s no other way to sugar coat it. But on a positive note, I’m hoping they touch late Nov filers within next month at least, fingers crossed 🤞

Matt had his InfoPass yesterday to inquire about his BC confusion and expediting AP. They LFO immigration officers said they'd expect him to have a GC by mid-May, but if not he could get a one-time emergency AP on June 1. They also said his BC was probably just lost. I'm trying to not let my hopes get too high up with that information just in case it ends up not happening.

I'm sure he'll give a more detailed account of what happened :D

We're at 152 days since we got Case Received on EAD/AP.

It great to have the information, but it almost makes me more on edge. Its like running a race that you know the distance of, but not the route- when is it going to end?

Hopefully we wont have to go the emergency AP. My birthday is toward the middle of June and I told Matt I don't want to book tickets after it since we'll ideally be leaving 19 days later.

Yeah for sure! Kansas city seems to have a fast LFO- I read somewhere 30 mins ago that someone who applied after Jan has an interview in May. So I would lean towards the high likelihood, plus the info Matt was given that you should get a GC very soon.

I was googling flights for late August and jeez they are starting to get expensive. We did see a few with United that do transit, which is fine! I was like I need 5 hours for caution due to a high likelihood of going to secondary. Trying to map and plan out a trip to pass the time. I let my anxiety tell me I'll not have my combo during then LOL...my mind playing games on me :P

I'm that bored that I've created a countdown app until inquiry with current processing times (until NBC decides to change their path to success)!

70 days...still a loooooooooooooong WAY to go!! But it's something to work towards to LOLOLOL ;)

I went to the January thread and everyone is complaining about March filers getting approved, which I found honestly outrageous -and quite absurd.-

Now I don't know if those who report such early approvals, just want to create havoc.

From now on, I'll remain in the haven that is our November thread.
