Sounds like they have not been approved for a K1 Visa yet and are just in the wrong forum.

Got a status update that our case is ready to be scheduled for an interview! NOA was 11/21 and status updated 4/8.

Hey guys! Big congrats to everyone who has been approved so far! This has been encouraging for us to see, as we're currently at day 147, and we're desperate for some good news soon. Hoping this will be the week for lots more approvals! Just wanted to drop in and encourage everyone to keep your chins up. We're so close to being through with this! ... for now, haha. ❤️

Really emotional and awful day for me. Extremely homesick at this stage  9 months since I moved here and this is the worst I’ve felt so far

We are a 135 days waiting......hmmmmm and on here we can see they are up to November 24, we are November 26. So this means this week or next we should hear something. But I’m also seeing people waiting 147, 148, 150 days...... so I’m thinking this is not correct, we won’t be hearing until more near the end of April. Am I guessing right? It seems we have more days to wait, even though the estimated time says this week or next. Are people really getting approved from November 24? Just trying to figure this all out, but that’s silly since who knows with the government 🤣😜. 

 

They recieved our case november 26 and we recieved notice date November 28

They are still approving September still and October just got into full swing on Monday.

Expect 140 to 200 days.

I think that’s incorrect because I’m Day 151 and I tried to file case inquiry and it didn’t let me so we are still in regular processing times. As K1 hopeful said - expect longer!
