For those of you still waiting for EAD/AP/AOS what does the case status say for you?

Mine is still at "Case was received" for EAD and AP and "Fingerprint fee received" for AOS. This worries me a little, especially when I see screenshots from other people here were the status seems to have moved. (like "Fingerprint review was completed") So is this different from case to case or should I call them?

Though I do get the monthly email from uscis that says "We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time", which always calms me down to know that at least they didn't loose my application :D

I think it varies, I got my EAD/AP already, it was case received for awhile until I got an update about my card being made. So you are okay, don’t panic yet hehehe.

It's different from case to case and should not be of worry. Calling will be fruitless as you are still within normal processing times. The service enquiry date is still waaaaay back in September.

next is another waiting round but in a completely different mood. Keep the spirit up for K1 fillers! Believe it’s coming!!

Are you a K1 filer or a K1 filer now in the US filing AOS?

(You lost me at NOA2...)

Yes this thread is for AOS applicants after marriage to a US Citizen some of which were originally K1 filers but you're a liiiii-ttle bit ahead of yourself I think, lol.

Hopefully it'll be something easy so you can send it right back out the door and get approved ;)

Yeah, hopefully they just lost a document you already submitted and can easily send them another one right away.

Hahahah I hope not! Or they might be reading the Tagalog side of our birth certificate instead of the English side hahaha.  Let us know what it is when you get it.
