Just an update on the data pull. The guy I got the data from never tweeted me back to tell me where he got it from. I also have no idea how accurate it is since when I searched Matt and I's cases, it showed that AOS was still in fingerprint fee received, which hasn't been accurate for a week. The last 100,000 cases hadn't changed at all.

I also gathered the numbers for ever RD in November for AOS and EAD. I'll see if I can get something together that is a better visual representation of the data.

Weird how the second group has a higher percentage than the group of earlier filers; for AOS, 0.26 more on approved cases and 2 points more on the cases in process.

Thanks for these charts, they truly put me at ease. 😊

And as I want to contribute charts wise, here I share with you this, known as the most accurate pie chart ever.

Hey! We have the exact same timeline as you. :)

What's your status on the website for AOS? Ours is still stuck on "Fingerprint fee received".

And where did you see they already touched Nov 21?

I wish many approvals happen this week. In fact I love the spirit of November filers.

I really wanna ask this question : is visajourney immigration timelines accurate? Because it says application with NOA November 2I has been touched.

I need some answers to help me deal with my countdown and waiting.

VJ reports the stats from actual VJ members and from those members who actually update their timelines so their pool to report from is much smaller than the number of actual filers.

USCIS processing times report all filers.

USCIS is still processing September for Ead/ap. October isn't in full force yet and they have started both November and December.

PS update your timeline. It still says you are a K1 Filer and not pending AOS.

Perfect!! But if VJ is going to use your timeline to report the stats you are asking about being accurate, you need to update your timeline 😉

Sorry. I have done that. My mistake of choosing the wrong immigration info. Thanks for correcting me.

Lol my intention wasnt to correct but moreso to answer your question about VJ being accurate. It's only as accurate as our own personal timelines.

Yeah. I was accurate by selecting the wrong immigration info. But now I have selected the correct info.

I just checked the old uscis website and discovered that the old and the new sites have different dates - literally ALL dates differ 🤷‍♀️ Our NOA 1 is November 2 (both on paper NOA and new website), but the old one says November 8. Same thing regarding the RFIE - the old one is a couple of days late 😯 and the AOS cases (I have 3 - for me and the kids) still say “response to RFIE received” 🤔 though we got the date of the interview in the mail.

A bit of chaos and mess 🤦‍♀️

I hope they keep the tradition of “happy Mondays” or “Monday mercy” and send us tons of approvals online and in the mail 🤞✌️🤞

Really makes me giggle inside that Jan filers think after a few expedites and lucky experiences that Jan processing has begun. As if....just really makes me question their logic 🤣🤣🤣
