I wish my I485 has been forwarded to my LFO but that is not so. And I even had rfe in January so I am in kind of limbo. I really don't know what is happening to my case. But the person who got approved for her gc has not even received her ead/ap.

Sitting in my sofa with my fingers crossed wishing for a good news.

Does your status say “ready to be scheduled for an interview” yet?

No. I am stuck at RFE response received since February 12. I don't even the outcome of my fingerprints. Hmm.... Frustration upon frustration

Oh ok! You should hopefully get that updated soon. Good thing is you may have a slightly faster LFO so at least things could move fast for you after they update your status in response to your RFE

You go by your Noa1 receipt date. The apps just tell you how many days ago there was action on your case.

My NOA Date was Nov 2, 2018.

By the looks of it I’m not sure if I should inquire of leave it alone for now. Our FO in Newark doesn’t allow infopass appt’s.  We would need to call.  We have a church wedding for August 30, 2019.  I’m hoping to receive my AP this month the earliest.

I hope so. Today Mark 51 days since they received my RFE response. And I hope they make a decision on it soon, since I have read that they make decision on RFE within few weeks upto 60 days.

Hey! I’d hopefully expect you to have your AP this month. I’m booking my August trip to the UK this month/next month I’ve decided. I’m prepared to lose my money but there’s not any reason I shouldn’t have it by then. I’m prepared to lose money in smallest chance I don’t.

Im not sure how helpful the USCIS would be at this point for us Nov filers. I honestly feel it’ll be ok and I agree you should hear something this month. Worst case your inquiry period should be early June? Worth noting that they can also reduce reducing processing times too and 5-7 months isn’t concrete. They may increase as free as they can decrease :)

Enquire for EAD/AP or your I485?

The enquiry date for EAD/AP for everybody is September 8th so if you're Nov 2nd you will have a while to wait before you can make an enquiry.

I just checked Newark for I485s too. Their service enquiry date is May 7th, 2017 so unfortunately you have a while to wait for both before any service enquiry would be accepted.

My VJ timeline is beginning to bug me now. It’s showing a NEW prediction of April 7-19. I know it’s a prediction but I work with on facts and data as a person and my mind is torturing me on why it would be so low. It’s infuriating me even though I know it’s only a prediction despite though I should be more hopeful. Oh goodness I’m such a data nerd :(

Same reason my timeline for EAD stated March 7th to 19th this morning and now its reduced to March 4th to March 16th even though:

1) my RFIE was input into my timeline ON March 22nd STATING I received it on March 22nd.

2) it keeps reducing even though I'm way past it.

It has nothing to do with the data in our timeline and everything to do with VJs data as a whole and cannot predict much.

Thanks! I know I’m getting into a tizzy over it. I don’t believe my timeline and won’t dwell over it for sure. I was hoping I’ll hear something this month but time will tell. I’m going to stick with my daily old app scanning for nosiness and the USCIS site lol 😂

Thank you! We just need more patience.  End of another week.  We will wait for next week again hehe.
