My predicted dates on my VJ tine line still keep decreasing even after I recorded my RFIE in my timeline. Atm my predicted date has decreased so much that its before my actual RFIE date. The random email we all got the other day from VJ stated EAD April 12th and AP April 16th but those dates are not reflected anywhere on my timeline even after inputting my RFIE data.

Safe to say that the predicted dates on our timelines have nothing to do with any of the data ON our timelines (even if they are updated with an RFIE) but moreso the data they have collected as a whole.

Oh, I never got an email from VJ...

I feel my timeline's getting ridiculous now. It will be a nice emotional feeling waiting within that 'time frame' even if it isn't fruitful but my predictions just keeps decreasing. Aside from that, I hope you get your combo asap :)

My estimated timeline keeps decreasing and decreasing. Day 146, estimated through VJ for EAD/AP between March 26-April 6/7. Crossing my fingers for us all this month 🤞🏻

Just saw a december filer getting interview scheduled. It is the second one I see. Us? With not a single update since November 28th.

That is SO UNFAIR! 😤

Sadly it just all depends on the LFO, some are so much quicker than others. Although I agree, it sucks.

I've seen a January filer for my LFO get an interview scheduled for this month, so I know your pain! Me however? Nothing as far as Green Cards go.

Honestly hoping everyone here gets their EAD/APs approved soon, though - I already feel like it's such a weight off of my shoulders.

ROC Timeline:

Date format is MM/DD/YY

05/16/19 - Green Card Issue Date

03/10/21 - Sent ROC paperwork to Phoenix, AZ | USPS 2-Day Shipping

04/07/21 - NOA1 Text Messages Received

Both of the December filers I'm talking about are from my same local office. 😢😭

I'm truly glad you already got your EAD/AP. That's how it should be. In an organized way, just as they claim: first come, first served.

Unfortunately, complaining here won't make a difference. Unless the USCIS reads them and decides to delay us even more. :P

I’m confused about my dates.  My AP hit 153 days and my EAD is at 119.  This probably due to my RFE when I missed some tax documents.

I know now everyone is saying the average is around 150 days. As for mine I don’t know which one to go by haha.  I guess I’ll wait and see until the EAD also hits 150 days.

I am sorry but a January filer has been approved for her gc.

Indeed that is so UNFAIR!

There is even one of the January filers who said she has been approved for her gc if I read correctly

You go by your Noa1 receipt date. The apps just tell you how many days ago there was action on your case.

Hopefully you’ll not be too long after those filing after you and for others experiencing this with LFO’s. I’d focus more on EAD/AP. It’s a win win situation in the interim 😍

Period. Next it’s your DL, SSN, tax returns (when it comes), Job! I keep putting off driving for as long as I can despite passing my test here-serious driving adjustment issues 🙈

I wish my I485 has been forwarded to my LFO but that is not so. And I even had rfe in January so I am in kind of limbo. I really don't know what is happening to my case. But the person who got approved for her gc has not even received her ead/ap.

Sitting in my sofa with my fingers crossed wishing for a good news.
