Your courtesy letter should also state to bring a new medical unless already submitted. Those three words are key for a K1 as you HAVE already submitted your medical at your POE.

Unfortunately it does not180597285_WhatsAppImage2019-04-01at5_23_08PM.thumb.jpeg.c6102169cbb6d7ab1e0a9e04f4aa872b.jpeg. Here attached my courtesy letter!

If you don't have an interview date yet, I think you shouldn't worry.

This letter could either be a mistake or could be referring to the DS 3025 you included in your package not being signed (you could check your original).

And I have a question: is the actual letter addressed to you, with name, case number and everything?

Perfect! That looks like the typical generic courtesy letter than does not apply to you as a K1.

Your interview letter will come and state to again, bring an I693 unless already submitted (which you did already submit). Are we done yet?

hello!

the ds3025 is complete and signed and the letter is addressed to me with case number and all. I really think they either lost my ds3025 or it is simply a mistake!

Typed (what I thought to be) my MSC # into case status & it said “interview scheduled”.. literally had a huge burst of excitement till I realized I typed 7 at the end instead of 6. Damn, that hurt. Lmao

The amount of times I've done that very thing; or I've typed in a number close to mine into case status meaning to check it and then forgotten that it isn't mine....

I probably won't trust my own eyes when I see a change in status if one comes.

Just had a USCIS email come through on my phone and I got super excited....

It was an update to say they're finally going to resend my NOA1 for my employment visa, that I requested back in December.

I guess it's something, I suppose - shame they couldn't stamp it with an approval at the same time. 😂

We are new to using this news feed and haven’t been on here for a long time!! But we are getting close to maybe getting our work permit (I-765) and our travel permit (I-131). They received these applications November 26, 2018 and notice date is November 28, 2018. Looking at visa journey it is saying we may hear something between April 15-28. Just writing to see if anyone else has a similar timeline as us and what dates they are at in this process? Is November 26 close? 😜

along with this....we are a little confused. We realize this is for the work card and travel card, and not the green card. We live in maine and it says green cards take 10.5-22 months. But so many we know from other states have got their green card at the 6 month wait. They never got their work card and travel card, the green card came first. I’m wondering is that normal? Do we have a chance of having this happen for us too? I realize each state is different.

I also can’t figure out what office our 1-131 and I-765 is at.....bottom of the paper it says national benefits center, MO. Is that where it is? Thanks for the help!

Hi! First off; if your field office says that it is likely to take 10.5-22 Months, you're probably going to get the EAD/AP (I-765/I-131) combo card first. Some field offices process their green cards much faster, and those lucky people will get their greencards before the EAD/AP can be processed - but unfortunately most will have to wait.

The EAD/APs are all processed at the National Benefits Centre (NBC); the current processing time is 4.5-6.5 Months. Hope this helps! :)

Hey guys! Finally back in Vegas!!

The new timelines are interesting. Mine is crazy. So literally went down to April 12-23. I would lean to more April 20+. Seems to be a lot of December expedites showing-well I'm assuming they are mainly expedites. Probably linked to reduction in my timeline.

I'm FINALLY Day 130 and that's exciting being a late November filer 11/23 :D

The NBC is in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Its a suburb of Kansas City.

As a side note, Lee's Summit is where I want to move when Matt and I buy a house 😁

It should be an interesting month! April has FINALLY come!! November should see a good number of approvals this month! I'm so grateful October inquiry dates will start this week for those who have not heard back from October! That feeling is horrible of people getting approved after you even though you applied prior.

Hope they up their anty at the NBC! ❤️
