For the marriage cert, you should be using certified copies, not photocopies.  Ours have a wet signature from the county clerk, and certified copies are only $3 each.

Originals are not required. They can be a preference but are definitely not a requirement so we should not say "should".

The instructions state specifically photocopies unless otherwise noted. The only originals/certified copies that are required for the I485 is for certified translations and criminal records.

LOL, randomly unearthing quote from November?  I still say spring for the $3 certified copy (which functions as an original), just so there is no question as to authenticity.  But of course, everyone is free to decide whether its worth it to them 😉

Fun fact; Visa Journey now thinks that my EAD might get approved anywhen from the 2nd of April to the 13th...I know it might be because of expedites, buttttttttttt....That's Tuesday onwards.....

Of course I'll probably watch those dates sail by 😂

Got to keep the faith. My timeline has went down to mid April 15th-27th. Time will tell but I have a terrible bad feeling I’ll get left behind. Normally I have a good and accurate intuition. Hope, faith and every finger crossed as I only just want to book my UK flight 🤞
