My husband send it to potomac but after 7 months it was transfered to NBC, since then i always inquire through online and got a feedback that they still reviewing my case. Does it have a possibilities of denial? Does anyone here has the same case like mine? My husband never call uscis.. always told me to wait.. he just inquire also online and also got a feedback from like mine. Im trying to be positive but i cant help to get worried about it..

It can take up to 18 months for spousal visas so you still have some time to wait. If after 18 months you have not hear anything, then you should start heavily inquiring.

Your options:

1.  Talk to your husband about your concerns.

2.  Call USCIS yourself

3.  Wait.

My CR1 case took 13 months for approval from USCIS.  If you all USCIS, ask to speak to a Tier 2.

The beneficiary will not be given any information by USCIS.  The Petitioner can call.  The petitioner can ask the Congressperson or US Senator from their state to make an inquiry as well.  Staff at local in State Offices does this with permission of the petitioner.  There is NOTHING the foreign spouse can do directly, at this stage.
