What did they say on their response to your out of processing inquiry or have you not gotten it yet? All you can do is continue to wait (I know you don't want to hear that) and continue to put in your inquiries every 30 days or so. I would try to contact your congress person ( they can't do much) but sometimes that added push/inquiry jars things lose. That is what I had to do I sent in inquiries  total of 3 every 30 days and finally contacted my congress person.

They inquired and responded back to me the next day that my case was already approved the day before, my out of processing inquiry also came back to say my case had already been approved the day before. Did the Congress person help? Your guess is as good as mine since they say my case was processed the day before. At this rate I don't care if it helped or not I just wanted the approval. One thing is for sure IT DID NOT HURT to do it. So that's my suggestion to you.

Why didn't you do it yourself? Some time Attorneys are not real efficient, but I understand it's your personal choice.

What happened in your case, I believe, is that you were caught on the change that USCIS made. Those in Nov 2018 and prior would adjudicate with the current processing adjudicator and since they were backed up it would take awhile before they can get caught up so you are delayed unfortunately. While those who submitted after were assigned to new adjudicators and since their work load was light till they could ramp up then the applicants from that time would find that their case files were adjudicated in approximately 90-120 days.

You'll need to just wait until they answer your inquiry.

We got an email in response to our inquiry which we placed 3 day ago, email says:

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* as soon as it has been completed.
not sure what does this mean, is this mean they have made the decision on our case? And will inform us soon????

your responses will be highly appreciate.

A decision has not yet been made....."is being" means in progress.
