We finally got approved !!!!!!! The app and websites weren’t updated but when I called today they said that it was approved yesterday. Sooooooo excited. Waited 6 months for this news !!!!!!!

Biometrics April 16, 2014 Biometrics completed

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

Yayyyy!! After patiently waiting the NVC received our case yesterday June 4th and recieved our Case number today June 5th!!!! Praying it makes the June 11th shipment to MTL Embassay! 🤗

NVC recieved our case June 4th and we received our Case number June 5th but our case didn’t make the shipment date yesterday to the MTL embassay 😫.. I’m so sad!! It’s still at NVC. When I look at CEAC website it still says “At NVC” and I called NVC today they say they still have it  .. whyyy 😭😭what is wrong?? 😭😭 I thought forsure it would make the shipment date yesterday... I Guess June 25th it is ...

Fret not my friend for sure it will go out on the 25th. Nothing is wrong they simply just didn't get it shipped out on the 11th. You are fine!

225 Days and no RFE and called few times and everything is fine, but still waiting.

 

Today we have submitted the online case inquiry for out of normal processing time. hoping for a good response soon :)

oh no... they couldnt tell you why it took so long if nothing is wrong with your case??
