Don’t be disappointed this isn’t a short process there’s a lot of waiting involve even after NOA2.  In the mean time keep yourself busy find new hobbies, build more with your fiancé and stay positive. The more you think about it the slower the process feels. Calling them won’t make them speed it up. Everyone here has or is going through the same wait times some get lucky but there’s no avoiding the wait. Give it another week or so and enjoy your weekend USCIS has their own way of working and they’ll get to your application for sure.

It is not easy I agree. I believe (as someone mention in another post) people would not mind waiting if there would be some transparency from USCIS. I dont call them every day I call them once per week maybe twice for updates like many other people here. All these time I called they told me the same thing "Wait for 60 days", but no one ever told me if my case is working on. This is where my frustration is coming from.  Waiting for a miracle every day is harsh. It is also very hard to find a hobby when all your life is on hold.

UAE is a difficult embassy to work through. USCIS takes longer to adjudicate cases from the UAE. You can call but it will only garner the wait 8 more weeks speech. Sorry to inform but waiting is all you can do for now.

I agree with you @Victoria85. I think the Uscis' call center is to meet the minimum required. The officials are contradicted in their answer, they can't see the updates of the cases. They have a speech and they can't get out of that. By the way jus received this email lol. We had a rfe in 28th March, they received the response in 16th and we are still waiting approval, but the say "last took action January 7th".

This is their generic answer every two weeks they sent one. They mean nothing
