Just called NVC, and they have not recieved the case.  Got my NOA2 on april 5th. It's been two weeks. anyone still waiting to get their case number?  The rep saying give them more time. Hola

Thousands are still waiting for their case number. It takes about 30 days from NOA2 approval for NVC to receive your case and another 1-15 days to receive your case number. Just a little more patience.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

MY fiancé and I submitted in november and just received an RFE this past week, on April 16 in the mail, and RFE dated April 3rd. We were sad to see the RFE but we are still in high hopes to get this done quickly as we can. We figured out what we needed to correct the RFE and waiting for the paper work in the mail. I should be getting it this week and will be sending the paper off to fix the RFE. We called the homeland security they say it will add on 2 extra months for the correction! aaaahhh... But happy on how helpful they were so we have the correct paper work.

Hello, I understand you.   This is the topic with others in the same situation

Your very early on in this process to be making calls. USCIS gives you the "normal" processing timeline that they are currently within. If shouldn't expect a case approval/movement any earlier then what is posted at the USCIS processing times website. Currently 5.5 Months to 7.5 Months is showing on their website. So if you calculate and you are using the 5.5 months you should have something soon. Even if you find out you are approved, AND MOST ARE approved it will be another 30 days to NVC and the another 1-2 weeks before a case is assigned and then another 2 weeks before it's sent to the embassy and then another 1-2 week before the embassy is ready for your interview. So why knock yourself out to be on the call for information that is too soon to get and nothing you can do once you get the information. JMHO

Your wasting your time and theirs but it is still free to call. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/home

RFE's typically set you back about 2 weeks. Relax, you doing fine. Most who reply with the information they are asking go on to be approved.

Nothing special with this timeline. I guess maybe I am missing your point for us to look at that timeline because it looks pretty normal to me.

The P3 letter is not sent as they have everything on their website. https://bs.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

The Embassy/visa fee is now $265. The "visa fee of $160" is no longer the amount.

Contact the medical exam facility to determine the exact amount for a K-1 visa medical exam, including vaccinations.

My congressman contacted the California service center and this was the reply they got back. Does this mean that we’re getting a RFE or NOA2 in the next 15 days? I haven’t seen this kind of reply before on here so very confused.
