If you are this early in the game and you are this stressed out remember you have a long long way to naturalization. The man who has the gold makes the rules. Just saying. :D

true.  I ended up getting a fax number and having them send me the RFE.  but they said the letter was sent out on 8th and its currently the 19th and still no letter.  but I 'm sending the RFE I got faxed over with the information needed out today via USPS and tracking number.  Wish I could use UPS but they don't deliver to PO boxes.

Pretty sure it's normal. Should be soon though. Have you check the my.uscis.gov site?

Yep keep checking both sites and have the app installed. Called them a few times and still keep getting that it’s in the normal waiting process. They said they are approving September and that I still have at least an additional month to wait which I don’t get when late January is already seeing approvals 😭

Yes, I just called today to discover that the NVC has received our case!!

Give it about 10 working days and then start calling for your case number! Did you update your email address with NVC?

Yes updated our email addresses.  We need to update her postal address at the US Embassy Bahamas. Thanks

Beneficiary address is updated in the DS160 and at the completion of the interview but has to be completed within 24 hours if you use the online method.

How will the US Embassy Bahamas postal mail instructions without the correct mail address of the beneficiary?

Embassies are in the 21st century using email.

Here is some information I have. Sorry for the scan as it is tilted on its side but still readable.

From the portals tab http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Bahamas&cty=Nassau

And here is the information on the Embassy's website for your country

One of the links won't open.

What about the eligibility letter or NVC letter?  Isn't that senet via postal mail?

Thanks

The NVC letter with the case number is mailed to the petitioner. The P3 information is sent to the beneficiary, usually by email but each embassy is different.

There's an Embassy fee $265 and a visa fee of $160 and a medical fee of about $250?

Just budgeting.

Thanks

The P3 letter is not sent as they have everything on their website. https://bs.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

The Embassy/visa fee is now $265. The "visa fee of $160" is no longer the amount.

Contact the medical exam facility to determine the exact amount for a K-1 visa medical exam, including vaccinations.
