The Easter Bunny is asking you kindly to update your profile. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Your finished profile should look like all the others here. Here is an example of my profile.

Hi everyone,

I received a RFE today, in my original packet I sent copies of photos and put the date they were taken under each photo. In the RFE is said that they "Cannot verify the dates the photos were taken", what should I do? Should I print them and write the dates on the back? Isn't that basically the same thing?

Please give me any advice that you may have.

Thank you all.

I personally printed them as physical photos and added all the information down to a T.  So, who was in the picture, date and time, and exact location.  I felt that the more information I added, the more they knew I had a way of proving it (my mobile phone has the stamps so I have proof) if they were to want additional proof of what I was saying.

Yes although not 100% proof, but a camera with the date and time stamp function activated is invaluable.

Thanks so much for your reply!

Unfortunately my phone doesn't have the date stamps on the actual photo, so I don't know how I'm going to provide them with that, but I will definitely go and print them and put more detail.

Question; did you put the information on the back of the printed photo?

Thanks again!

USCIS works in strange ways yes write the information on each picture on the back of the picture! Not quite the same thing on the front maybe you covered some portion of the picture with your writing, not real sure just write it on the back. Are these photo quality pictures or did you print them from your phone to paper? Maybe downloading them to a jump drive and having them professionally done at say any photo place might give them what they need. Yes I put my information on the back of the photos in addition to the date stamp on the front.
