@Greenbaum puts some useful generic advice in the first post of every month's NOA2->NVC thread.

March 2019 (the newest) is here:

As others have mentioned, what happens when your case gets to your embassy/consulate varies a lot, so you'll want to ask people from the same one as you or in the regional forum for your fiancé(e)'s country of residence.

Me too, I want to know what to do..I'mconfused

Here is what I have on Haiti.

Start by completing and submitting the DS-160. Print out the confirmation page. Then follow the instructions on how to pay your visa fee http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ht/ht-niv-paymentinfo.asp ) After you pay the fee at SogeExpress,  The next day you will be able to schedule the interview. From then once you have the confirmation sheet for your scheduled interview you can provide that to one of the listed DR's to schedule your medical. This link is very helpful http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Haiti&cty=Port-au-Prince   Also contact the embassy and have them email packet 3 to you but start the process as outlined above while you are waiting for the P3, Although there is nothing special in it but you still need it for medical and apparently for the police certificate also because for some reason they ask for that the embassy letter to get you the certificate.

You probably won’t be able to get medical done without packet 3, the embassy will probably send it to you through mail or email depends on what info they have. What I recommend is call the embassy from the US it's +17035447842 and from Haiti +50928122929. When you call they will probably tell you if they have your case and will tell you to wait 2 weeks to call back if you don’t receive packet 3.  Or you can send an email to support-haiti@ustraveldocs.com what that will do is create an inquiry where they will answer in 1-2 days and most likely will send you packet 3 in that response. Just make sure you put case number, petitioner and beneficiary’s name and birth date.  Just tell them you want the packet 3 by email and specify the email you want them to send it to in your email to them.

Medical is expensive and with vaccines the cost is $440. The prices are listed on packet 3 and it is $265 without vaccines, but should always take with vaccines to save money later, because you will have to take them eventually and are way more expensive in the U.S. Check the P3 letter for updated costs.

When you are at the VJ sub forum for all things dealing with the US Embassy in Haiti most there will help answer your questions for the processing of your visa using their personal experience.

Gladly. You just go here: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=1&option=1&sortby=2

This is one of the may resources available in this website. You can see all the people who got approved from NOA1-NOA2 it gives you an idea how they are working based on what other user self report.

They are going way faster than when I initially started on this website. We were supposed to get our NOA2 by June. So we can I always hope for the best.

Find others from your country:

There are several tools available to you. Go up to Immigration Timelines on the blue ribbon above and select it. Once you are on the next page looked to your left and you will see a box that states, "find similar timelines" and select it. A list will populate with those who are processing close to your timeline. When they start to change you will soon be behind them. Also, there is another place you can go and follow others who are processing the same time you are and for the same Embassy. Go to the blue ribbon at the top of this page and select "portals". Scroll down the left-hand side of the page till you get to VJ "your country's name" Timelines. Just below it you'll see "K-1" so you select it and out pops a window with others from your country.

Hey guys! It's been silent here. So exciting to see some November filers getting approvals!! Can't wait to hear from USCIS!! Praying it's good news!!

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks
