It was by far on of the most stressful process I went thru. Requires a lot patience and strength. I know it's not done yet, but the noa1 to noa2 stage was exhausting. Good luck to anyone who is still waiting. I will keep in my pray all oof those who are still waiting for their NOA 2.

Your timeline gave me strength as well, you got your NOA2 in 192 days, we are still on 174 days, so hopefully we will get it soon as well. although i am feeling very down :(

This process is not fare for everyone. Some get it in 88 days others in 200. It all depends on officer who is reviewing your case. Other factors too but not so much. You will get approved eventually and I hope soon. I went thru this process twice and when I finally got approved I was happy but than I realized how many more steps ahead of me. Good luck and I hope to see you in NVC group for May month.

we have called few days back and they said its in normal processing time and everything looks fine just wait :(

I don't know if that is a coincidence or not. We involved the senator office. Because we did not know anything regarding our case. She wrote to USCIS on Monday on our behalf and on Thursday they approved our case. It could be a coincidence but it could be that is not.

Hi everyone,

My boyfriend and I filed for the finance visa on 11/29/2018 and we just received our approval two days ago (Notice date of April 29th). My boyfriend received an RFE on April 10th in regards to his divorce papers. He was able to get a new and certified copy quickly and sent it back on April 16th (the service center received the RFE on April 19th). Therefore, we got approved within 10 days after sending back the RFE. It took a week for the approval letter to get to my boyfriends house. Also, neither, the old or the new website has been updated, not even when we received the RFE. The website still shows that they received our case in November. Therefore, for those who's website hasn't been updated either, don't give up! It obviously does not mean that the do not work on your case.

My fiancé called to check on our case and was told my i-751 has been approved and they're waiting for the next step. So confused since that has to do with removal of conditions. I'm going to take a guess she meant to say my i-129f has been approved? Guess I will have to wait and see if a NOA2 shows up anytime soon. 😅

It sounds like you got a mixed up agent when you called. I am sure she meant NOA2. I'm betting you should hear something soon.

We got the rfe updated on the new site so going to wait for it in the mail now. How long does this add to the waiting time? And is there anyway to see what the rfe is before waiting it by mail ?

Yes it adds to the process.  Call USCIS and talk to a tier 2 agent ask if they would tell you what it is for. Sometimes you have to tell a little white lie that you're leaving the country and won't have access to your mail and that you wish to reply before you leave. Usually works.

We finally got our NOA2!! I'm so pumped.

Congratulations! Here is some information that I have that will help you start planning your next steps. If you receive a P3 from your consulate and it is a more recent, they usually date them on the bottom portion, could you share a copy with me. I like to stay updated with the most current copy to share with others who come behind you.

First link Embassy instructions and second is medical instructions.
