Hello, finally this is my RFE.  We forgot to answer a question. IMG_20190403_165330.thumb.jpg.1e99a967876d0c4aca9b907d42fe58d8.jpg

Should I send the page of I-129f form again or just send this sheet RFE with the answer?

Has anyone been asked only to answer a question they missed on the form I-129f? Is it asking me to resend the original request form? Or do I simply check "no" and send the letter back?

Have you EVER had a criminal case or traffic ticket that you incurred a $500 fine or more? Before you answer and send the RFE back read this thread.

I failed to mention a 30 year old misdemeanor arrest that was dropped and later expunged.  It was my fault and partially the fault of the company we used to help with the petition.  The governments instructions were very clear.  The company we used was not as clear as they should have been.  Since there are no public records and no possibility of me getting any information, I assumed it was no longer an impediment.  The expungement ordered all records, digital and hard, to be destroyed.  There was no record that I could produce so I failed to add it to the petition.  That was my mistake and we were denied because of the petitioner failing to disclose information in the petition.

What is it that you are trying to accomplish? Your answer will give me the information to answer your concern.

i just wanted to know that if we mentioned Texas Service Center address on one of the letters in our petition packet which we have submitted at California Service center, does it will be an issue?

By mistake we have added Texas Service center address on our one letter, did not notice it before just found it yesterday when i was checking our application records. :(

I am not sure how they gonna  treat it.

That will not be a problem. They understand what is meant by you including the Texas SC's address.

Ughhhh. I just noticed that in my I-129F for my dad's country of residence I accidentally said the state that he lives in instead of the U.S. Should I wait to amend that till after I get NOA2 or try to contact them now to amend it?

I answered your question in another thread. Please only ask your question in one thread. Thank you.

Patience... I know its a wait and its hard seeing others getting approved around you, but your time will come. Its still a lot quicker then we all thought it would be... just focus on everything else that needs to be done while you're waiting.

Just got my NOA2

NOA1 November 21

NOA2 April 1st

Received hard copy in the mail today (April 8th). Both the old and new websites have not been updated and I did not receive an email or text.

I also have friends (fiance is from Mexico) who applied the beginning of October and received their notice last week. They received an email prior to getting their hard copy.

Just a simple reminder that everyone's application is unique.
