😭😭 I’m just hoping that there ARE some kind of approvals going on - just those people aren’t part of the website and decide to keep it to themselves.... trying to be hopeful 😅🤞🏼🙏🏼

My fiancè received RFE for his passport photo style on the 15th of March. That was what he used for getting his US passport in 2017. He has taken another photo and resent it today March 16. Hopefully we hear of an approval soon. 

 

Also please how do I update my timeline for the RFE since on the website it says the mail was sent on the 11th of March but it was received on the 15th of March

Sorry, I didn't know the initial photo sizes but the reason they rejected it was stated in the RFE letter that he used the same photo for his US passport in 2017 and they provided the guidelines as to what he should do.

But he posted it through normal mail,he didn't send it as a priority mail inorder to track it. Please would it cause an issue? Coz I read in the October filers group how you directed on how RFEs should be handled (that is the mail should be tracked)
